The US online poker industry has stabilized somewhat in 2013. Large numbers of players are still leaving the Merge Gaming and Revolution networks but this traffic is mostly going to US poker sites like Bovada Poker and BetOnline Poker. I have added a new USA poker room on our list of the top US poker sites in September 2013 though. Americas Cardroom boasts the same quality that attracts so many Americans to BetOnline.ag and Bovada.lv: fast payouts. These three US poker rooms in September 2013 have doubled in size compared to this same time last year. It makes perfect sense that the fastest paying US poker sites are also the most popular rooms. In this news post I will include a mini poker room review for BetOnline, Bovada and Americas Cardroom. In each review you will find a special signup bonus offer and information about traffic, bonuses, deposit options and payout options. The banking info will also include an overview of fees and the cashout speeds for each method in September, 2013.
Bovada Poker went from a distant 3rd to a dominating 1st in regards to US poker room traffic within the last 6 months. They have over-topped both Lock Poker (Revolution) and Carbon Poker (Merge). This is impressive because Bovada.lv Poker is just a single poker room. International players cannot even play at Bovada, they must play at Bodog. Bovada and Bodog are not a true network, they are just the two versions of the same room (US and non-US). The Merge and Revolution networks boast dozens of poker room skins each but they are still smaller than Bovada in terms of real money traffic. Bovada is also much larger than both combined in regards to assets. Bovada/Bodog are the top online betting sites and each offers a casino with 200+ games. They are also the top horse betting sites in 2013. The parent company has businesses in the beverage, music, TV and several other industries. They are far larger than almost every other online gambling site in 2013. This brings with it stability and removes any risk of the poker rooms shutting down or running out of money, like what is happening at Lock Poker right now, read: Lock Poker payout scandal and Lock Poker /ECMCPal. There are tens of thousands of unskilled sports bettors at the cash game tables at Bovada Poker. They are the easiest USA poker room to win money, although Bet Online Poker is also a big sportsbook so this statement is debatable. Bovada Poker cashouts in September of 2013 are right on schedule:
Bovada.lv accepts several easy deposit options. These include: Visa, Moneygram and Western Union. Visa deposits have a 4.9% fee but your first deposit at Bovada is fee-free. Bovada will pay the fees on MG and WU deposits of $300.
I really like Betonline.ag Poker because of their soft cash games, live dealer casino, bonuses and reliable banking options. Bet Online Poker averages around 8,000 players during peak hours, compared to Bovada’s 15,000. This US online poker room in September of 2013 is running a great promotion for new poker players, casino gamblers and sports bettors. They are the only major American poker site to offer T$ on every deposit, in the form of Promo Bucks. Every $50 you deposit is worth 200 PBs that you can use to get into MTTs. Use our link to claim a 200% bonus up to $2,500. BetOnline’s poker platform isn’t as smooth as Bovada’s but it is well enough. You can learn more about that at our Bovada vs Betonline article. BetOnline Poker boasts some great freerolls, $150,000 in guaranteed tournaments and extremely soft cash game action. Their banking speeds and fees are slightly better than Bovada. Last month Betonline launched real money skills games. The Betonline skill game room offers five games: Yahtzee, Spades, Tonk, Gin Rummy and Dominoes.
BetOnline.ag Poker’s USA friendly deposit options in September of 2013 include Visa, Mastercard (upon request for VIPs), Moneygram and Western Union.
Americas Cardroom isn’t really new but they are new to our list of the top US poker sites in September 2013. This room was relatively known until they switched networks, got new software and revamped their promotions and banking system. They are currently just as fast as Bovada and BetOnline when it comes to withdrawals and they are just as easy to deposit at in September, 2013. These are the most important qualities for American online poker players. AmericasCardroom is pretty large with around 10,000 players during the day and they boast a $100,000 Badbeat jackpot. Other features include: 3 Card Poker, Telesina, 32 Card Poker, a 100% bonus up to $1,000, free MTT tickets and the best US poker room loyalty program in 2013. Their deposit options, payout methods, fees and speed are similar to those at Betonline.ag and Bovada.lv so just read about for more info. I just got an email from them on September 1st, 2013, stating that new players who used our links to visit and signup at ACR Poker will receive the following:
Last month in May there was some very big US online poker news. The first legal American poker room opened online in Nevada. This Las Vegas online poker site didn’t cause much of a splash though. I recently wrote a news story about Ultimate Poker. This new US poker room in September of 2013 only has around 350 peak cash players but that is decent for a new poker site. What has surprised many industry insiders is that their software keeps dealing suited pairs, as in the same card twice. Many players are unhappy with the platform and have decided to stick with USA poker sites in September 2013 like Bovada Poker. If you didn’t read about Ultimate Poker here or at other USA online poker news sites you can read a 2013 Ultimate Poker review here. Only citizens of Nevada can play for cash at this new poker site so it isn’t surprising that you missed it. Nevada has less than 2 million residents to the online poker industry in America didn’t really even feel this legal room opening.
The three U.S. online poker rooms listed above are not the only places to play poker online in September of 2013 if you are an American. They are simply the best. The main issues American online poker players have these days are banking related so the fact that all three rooms are easy to deposit at and will pay you quick is really all it takes to be the best. Luckily they are the most popular for many other reasons including soft action, great promotions, nice software and the ability to gamble at a casino and bet on sports with a single account.
